Group Events Policy

In order to maintain the historical integrity of Lillie Belle’s of Franklin, the following guidelines must be met. Lillie Belle’s is available for rental of private functions at set times to be determined by your needs and our availability.

FACILITY FEES
Fees are determined by the event size, time, and type. Rental packages are available for wedding related events, corporate events, non-profit fundraisers and private functions.

CATERING
All catering is done in-house. We will meet with you to plan your menu and customize it to fit your specific needs. Menus must be determined no later than 10 working days prior to the event. The guaranteed number for guests must be given to Lillie Belle’s no later than 72 business hours before the event. This will be the minimum number charged for, even if fewer guests attend the event.

DECORATIONS
Decorations must be approved by Lillie Belle’s. Nails, staples, duct tape, and confetti are NOT allowed on any Lillie Belle’s property.

SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
All deliveries should be communicated with the Event Coordinator for Lillie Belle’s. Vendor’s names and phone numbers should be provided no later than 72 business hours before the event. Vendors who need to pick up items need to arrange to do it after the event on the same day. Lillie Belle’s will not be responsible for any items left at the facility.

NOISE LEVEL
Bands and DJ’s are permitted at Lillie Belle’s. The cut off time for music must be no later than 11:00pm in the historical district. Fines will apply.

DEPOSIT
In order to hold the date for your event, a deposit is required. This will be put towards the balance of your bill.

CLEANING FEE
The cleaning fee covers the break down of tables and chairs, the bar and buffet areas. It includes the clean-up of the facility and outside grounds.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
When a wedding, reception or rehearsal dinner is booked, we remove that date from our calendar of available dates, therefore, deposits paid are non-refundable.  Event cancellation and release of the reserved date must be submitted in writing.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Use of propane heaters in conjunction with a tent must be placed at a safe distance from tent side. Smoking is NOT permitted inside Lillie Belle’s. You may smoke outside if containers are brought in.
