Facility

We offer "indoor/outdoor" packages with a canopied courtyard wedding gazebo surrounded by beautiful gardens. More than 200 guests may be seated in our courtyard, protected from the weather. Restrooms are located just off the courtyard adjacent to the groom's quarters. In warmer weather, the ceiling fans keep the air moving, and in cooler months, clear vinyl curtains are pulled and heaters knock off the chill, so we host wedding events in every month throughout the year. Cluster lights on dimmer switches create the perfect lighting mood for evening events. Reception parties enjoy exclusive use of the house and gardens.

The bridal suite has an antique iron bed, three rooms plus an adjoining bath room and a sitting area, two sofas, and more than 1,200 square feet of space for the exclusive use of the bride and her attendants on her wedding day. The groom's quarters is more than one would reasonably
expect and routinely generates "oh wow!" for first time visitors. There is an electronic dart board, a bumper pool table, a 60 inch high definition Sony television, a destop computer, all in an entertainment setting with sofas and recliners. It's a challenge to get the groomsmen out (particularly during football season), but we always manage.

Wedding Services

Lillie Belle's Photography and Videography are available to wedding parties or other groups.

Catering

Formerly, Lillie Belle's could be called, " A Venue with a Menu".  Our business plan now can accurately be called, "A Venue with a Menu, if our catering works for you.", meaning, if your plans call for you to provide your own catering, we will work with you, both on food and beverages.

Dancing

Our facility is adapted well to indoor or outdoor dancing.

Pricing

For group dinners such as Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Business Meetings, and Holiday Celebrations, we offer a variety of menu choices.  (Our Group Dinner Menus can be seen by clicking on the options at the top of this page).  If you desire exclusive use of the house and/or garden, a facility fee will apply.

The facility fee for bridal luncheons is generally $75 with some variations for special dates, with catering averaging $20.00 per person.

So, we strongly encourage you to visit us before a specific proposal is prepared. In-house staff will show you around and answer questions and assist you in scheduling a discussion with a special events coordinator for preparation of a specific proposal.
